Ask your home international office if your University has a cooperation agreement with Unesp. If it doesn’t, contact our office.

How to apply
If you wish to apply for our exchange programs, you need to create a login and fill your personal and academic information in our online system (see link below).

There, you will find information about the courses offered by UNESP distributed among several campuses in different cities of São Paulo State.

In the application, you will need to attach the following documents:

a)  passport copy;
b)  academic record;
c)  curriculum;
d)  letter (signed and stamped) from the international office of your home institution with detailed contacts, acknowledging your application to UNESP exchange students program.

After selecting the campus and the academic course you intent to go, you will also need to create a study plan, selecting the classes that you intend to attend.

If you want to do an internship, attach a presentation letter explaining your field of research, which laboratory you would like to go to and, if it is the case, the name of the teacher that you have already made contact with.

After finishing your application, don’t forget to submit it to AREX (our international office) that will forward the application to the selected campus. There, the Course Coordination will analyze and, if it is the case, approve the application and indicate a supervisor. After this process, an acceptance letter will be directed to the student.

All of this path might be followed by the student in the system. During the stages of the process, it will be either in responsibility of the student, the AREX or the ERI (international relations office of the campuses).
